The Give Her FlowHERS (GHF) Awards Gala celebrates and recognizes outstanding women who have made a significant impact in entertainment and mentorship. This annual event is a night of empowerment, inspiration, and celebration, where we honor remarkable women and their achievements. Through the program, mentees have the opportunity to connect with successful women leaders in the industry, gain practical skills and knowledge, and build a supportive community of peers.


High Tea

The Femme It Forward High Tea is a daytime celebration of the immeasurable impact and industry-shaping leadership of women in music. Guests will enjoy a multi-sensory culinary and cocktail experience, an upscale tea bar, live music, and immersive activations featuring a themed dress code, group photo moments, and a special toast to our GRAMMY honorees.

My Sister's Keeper (MSK) Empower Summit is dedicated to career empowerment and wellness for women.
