Milan Harris

Milan Harris, also known as Milan Rouge, is the Founder, CEO, and Owner of the luxury streetwear brand Milano Di Rouge. What began with just two shirts and a 2009 Altima Coupe has grown into an eight-figure empire. Driving through Philadelphia selling shirts from the trunk of her car, Milan built Milano Di Rouge into a multi-million-dollar, all-size-inclusive brand, earning a spot on the Inc. 5000 list as one of the fastest-growing private companies in America.

Beyond fashion, Milan is dedicated to empowering women and mothers through The Womanaire Club and The Mamanaire Club, providing resources and daily motivational quotes to inspire success. Her impact has been recognized with the NAACP Community and Civic Engagement Award, as well as by Ernst & Young as part of their Entrepreneurial Winning Women Class of 2023 and the 2024 Entrepreneurs Access Network. She also co-authored Because of Them: Czar’s Story of Black Inventors and Their Inventions to highlight the contributions of Black inventors.

In addition to leading Milano Di Rouge, Milan is the co-founder of College Boy Cheesesteaks in Los Angeles. Her journey is a testament to resilience, ambition, and the power of turning dreams into reality.
