Next Gem Femme (NGF) is a transformative mentorship program dedicated to accelerating career growth for young women of color in music, media, entertainment, and technology. Over the past three years, NGF has connected rising talent with more than 150 esteemed mentors from leading companies like Google, Amazon, Apple Music, Live Nation, Netflix, and more.

Through a nine-month, one-on-one mentorship experience, participants gain invaluable guidance, industry insights, and the connections needed to elevate their careers.
